Single-Seat License

This license allows one individual to use the licensed product on multiple devices they own or control. The license is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other individuals.

Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the product in unlimited commercial and non-commercial projects
• Modify the source code to fit your specific needs
• Distribute the product as part of your compiled applications
• Use the product in client work and freelance projects
• Create derivative works based on the product

Restricted Uses

You may not:

• Redistribute the source code or product files
• Resell the product or use it to create competing products
• Share your license with other individuals
• Use the product in projects that violate applicable laws
• Remove or modify copyright notices

Source Code Access

This product includes source code that you may modify and use in your projects. Modified source code remains subject to the terms of this license.

Updates and Support

Your license includes access to updates and bug fixes for the current major version. Support is provided through our support system with a target response time of 1-2 business days.

Warranty Disclaimer

The product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the product will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Null Bolt Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
