Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are considered for the following reasons:

  • Technical issues that prevent the product from functioning as described
  • Compatibility issues with your Unity version or project setup
  • Product does not match the description or advertised features
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Include details about any technical issues encountered
  4. Allow 1-2 business days for review and response

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after successful download and use
  • Incompatibility due to outdated Unity versions
  • Failure to read product documentation or requirements
  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase date
  • Products that have been significantly modified

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Digital Products

Since our products are digital downloads, we cannot accept returns of physical items. All sales are considered final once the product has been downloaded, unless otherwise specified.
